Barbara Bernell Phillips age 77, a resident of the Elba Nursing and Rehabilitation Center passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2020. No formal services will be held at this time.

She is survived by Sons, Justin Scott Phillips, Bobby Bruggman, Billy Gearld Phillips, Jr., Donnie Albert Phillips, Daughters, Kym (Michael) Scavone, Jonia Smith, and Sandra Green, Brothers Jim (Rita) Gullick, James Casper Harris, Charles (Paula) Williams, along with 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Billy Gearld Phillips, Sr., along with her parents Earl Estell Gullick, and Lucille Gullick.
