Beatrice "Ms. Bea" Martin Tindol 93 of Birmingham AL departed this life on Monday, February 6, 2023 at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham AL. Services will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, 529 Clifford St. Fort Walton Beach FL on Monday February 13, 2023 at 11:00 am with Rev. Mark Stevens officiating. Visitation will be held at 10:00 am prior to the service. Graveside Services will follow at 3:30 pm at Old Tabernacle Cemetery, 11592 Highway 51 New Brockton, AL with Rev. Buddy Hood officiating. Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
Beatrice attended Troy University, taught many years in the Escambia and Okaloosa County school systems, and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Fort Walton Beach, FL. She married her lifelong sweetheart Dec. 15, 1946 after he returned from his tour in Okinawa and Japan. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband Comer Tindol, parents Mace and Addie Lee Martin, sisters Myrlene Wise, Grace Manring and Lee Irvin. Survivors include: Sister- Elizebeth Caldwell, Daughters- Tanya (Mike) Anastasia, Renee (Bob) Parker, Grandchildren- Michael Craig, Casey Craig, MSgt (Ret) Thomas (Michele) Gooch, Kendra (Chris) Atkins, Jaimie Pack, Kalin Anastasia, Great Grandchildren- Arabella and Caiden Craig, Kailey and Lily Gooch, Annabelle Atkins, Kaleigh Anastasia, Rowan Pack, Athena and Ares Gugliotto Anastasia. As well as many nieces and nephews she dearly loved.
