Betty K Davis 81 of Opp, AL  departed this life and went to her heavenly home on Monday, April 8, 2024 at Mizell Memorial Hospital in Opp, Alabama. Funeral services will be held at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Gary Miller officiating. Committal services will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

The family of Betty Davis would like to take this opportunity to express their sincere gratitude to Opp Health and Rehabilitation Center and Mizell Memorial Hospital for the care and kindness shown their mother, Betty.

Survivors include: Son - John Kevin (Mary Katherine) Davis, Elba, AL, Son - Kenneth Bryan (Karen) Keith, Dothan, AL, Granddaughter - Lauren (Nick) Harris, Dothan, AL, Granddaughter - Ja'Kaiya Myers, Dothan, AL, Granddaughter - Briana Keith, Dothan, AL, Brother - Jimmy (Faye) Bedsole, Opp, AL, Sister - Mary Sue Carnley, Ino Community, AL and her many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her Husband - Roy Frank Davis, Daughter - Deborah Davis, Brother -  James Bedsole, Brother - John Quince Bedsole, Sister - Merle Rhodes,  Father - Alvin Bedsole, Mother - Annie Bedsole.
