Doris M. Mallory 89 of Elba, AL departed this life Friday, October 29, 2021, surrounded by her children at Mizell Memorial Hospital in Opp, Alabama. Funeral services will be held from First Baptist Church of Elba on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Cleve Mallory officiating. Committal services will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Flowers are being accepted or contributions may be made in honor of Mrs. Mallory to Elba High School Marching Tiger Band.
Survivors include: Daughter - Ella (Bobby) Minchew, Cantonment, FL, Daughter - Norma (Craig) Bean, Panama City Beach, FL, Son - Ron (Gale) Mallory, Deatsville, AL, Daughter - Betty (Vince) Helms, Prattville, AL, Son - Fred (Sandy) Mallory, Enterprise, AL, Son - Charles (Martha) Mallory, Elba, AL, Daughter - Tamra (Donald) Hogue, Panama City Beach, FL, Son - Ben (Beverly) Mallory, Cordele, GA, Daughter-in-law - Saundra Mallory, Pinson, AL, Brother - Jim (Mary Jo) Boswell, Fort Walton Beach, FL, 23 Grandchildren, 32 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild and Numerous Nieces and Nephews, Aunts, Uncles.
Preceded in death by her Husband - Wade C Mallory, Son - William R. Mallory, Grandsons- Norman Bean and Justin Mallory, Father - Sammy D. Boswell, Mother - Carvie Abercrombie, Sister - Eloise Scoggins, Brother - Sammy Boswell Jr.
