Gracie Lee Parker Driggers 90 of Elba, AL went home to be with Jesus on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at Westside Terrace in Dothan, Alabama.  Funeral services will be held from Westside Baptist Church, Elba on Wednesday, August 10th at 2:00 PM with Rev Ken Wilson officiating.  Committal services will follow at Hillcrest Gardens also in Elba.  Visitation will be at the church from 1:00 PM to 2:00PM.

Grace, as everyone knew her, will be remembered for many things like her quick wit and ability to turn the brownest plant green again. The youngest of 13 children, born in the depths of the Great Depression, she knew the value of hard work and honesty and passed that on to her three sons.  She was a devout Christian and shared her love for God with anyone that was close by and might listen. And she was a championship level talker.  A five-minute conversation was simply not possible with Grace, and a quick visit was out of the question.  Her keen memory of the past always made those conversations and visits fun and educational. Grace never shied away from giving advice to those she loved and her sage wisdom was greatly valued.
