Mary Helen Dyer 66 of Elba, AL departed this life Friday, January 30, 2026, at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Alabama. Funeral services will be held from Hayes Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM with Rev. Derek Snellgrove officiating.  Committal services will follow in the New Haven Baptist Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

Husband - Walter Dyer, Jr., Elba, AL, Daughter - Jennifer (Evan) Dyer-Allen, Troy, AL, Son - Brian Dyer (Heather Hughes), Elba, AL, Sister - Ruth (Kenneth) Lee, Banks, AL, Brother - Jimmy (Marie) Johnson, Troy, AL,

She was preceded in death by her Parents-Len Hubbard & Lula Jordan Johnson; Sisters-Ann Mathis, Julia Hagler, and Ruby Corley; and by her Brothers-Len Washington Johnson & Bennie Johnson.
