Mrs. Jennice Boutwell 61 of Opp, AL formerly of Elba, AL departed this life Monday, June 7, 2021 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Alabama. Funeral services will be held from Hayes Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, June 11, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Dr. Sam Self officiating. Committal services will follow in the New Home Cemetery. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Friday, June 11, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Survivors include: Husband - Roy Dan Boutwell, Opp, AL, Son - Joshua (Bethany) Boutwell, Elba, AL, Son - Christopher Boutwell, Opp, AL, Son - Nicholas (Bethany) Boutwell, Opp, AL, Daughter - Amber (Michael) Boykin, Lockesburg, AR, Brother - Johnny (Sheila) Brooks, New Brockton, AL, and 5 Grandchildren.
