Jesse Ray James born December 11, 1958 passed away peacefully October 31, 2025 surrounded by family. He was preceded in death by his son Shawn, father William Raymond James, Mother Mary Elizabeth Cauley and a brother Billy James.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday 12:00 Noon at the First Baptist Church Elba 606 Simmons street Elba, AL with Rev. Kit Johnson and Rev. Paul Nelson officiating.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughters Lucinda (Asa) Leverette, Bobbie, and Crystal.
