Michael "Mike" D Farris 75 of Elba, AL departed this life Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at Enterprise Health & Rehabilitation Center in Enterprise, Alabama. Funeral services will be held from Hayes Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 4:00 PM with Rev. Shaun Moore officiating. Committal services will follow in the New Home Cemetery. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Thursday, October 22, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Survivors include: Wife - Judy Farris, Elba, AL, Daughter - Denise (Kyle) Meeks, New Brockton, AL, Son - Michael (Stacey) Farris, Dothan, AL, Brother - Max (Glynis) Farris, West Point, MS, Grandson - Drew Taylor, New Brockton, AL, Granddaughter - Makenna Meeks, New Brockton, AL, Grandson - Reid Farris, Dothan, AL, Granddaughter Ramsey Farris Dothan, AL, Grandson - Rhett Farris, Dothan, AL, Grandson - Justin Hutchinson, Elba, AL, Grandson - Brandon Hutchison, Elba, AL.

Mr. Farris was preceded in death by his Father- James C Farris, Motther - Mathalyn Johnson Farris, Step-Daughter - Jana Hutchinson, Sister - Deborah Williams.
