Rachel Bryan 78 of Jack, AL departed this life Sunday, June 29, 2025, at Medical Center Enterprise in Enterprise, Alabama. Funeral services will be held from Hayes Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 12:00 PM with Rev. Donnie Marler officiating. Committal services will follow in the Zion Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Ms. Bryan was preceded in death by her Father - Marvin Curtis (Red) Wilkes, Mother - Annabelle Ammons Wilkes, Brother – Doc Franklin Wilkes.

Survivors include: Daughter - Susan Rachel Bryan, Huntsville, AL, Step-Son - James Edward "Jimbo" Bryan, III, Step-Son - Francis Paul "Pete" Bryan, Daughter-in-Law Mary Crum Bryan, Helena, AL, 2 Grandsons Tucker & Ty Bryan, and many relatives and loving friends.

Rachel was a lover of flowers. She had a love for reading and a given talent for cooking. She had the pleasure of working in the field of her choice "Education" for over 40 years, finishing her years as a teacher at Zion Chapel where she will be remembered by many as Mrs. Bryan. She was a genuine individual that will be loved and missed by those who had the opportunity to know Rachel Bryan.
