Randall Howard Beck, affectionately known as "Rusty," age 63, of Panama City Beach, Florida, formerly of Elba, AL departed this life on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, Florida. Rusty proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army Special Forces before retiring. His dedication, courage, and commitment to service were hallmarks of his life, and he carried those values into his family and community.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 1:00 PM from the Hayes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ray Milton officiating. Committal services will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery Bulloch community. Visitation will be held at Hayes Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
Rusty is survived by his Wife: Heather Ranee Beck, Panama City Beach, FL, Step-Daughter Ranee (Jan) Lappas, Step-Son: George Nickoles, Panama City, FL, Step-Grandson: John Nickoles, Panama City, FL, Brother: Scott (Tricia) Beck, Brantley, AL, Sister: Leigh Pritchard, Spanish Fort, AL, Brother-in-law: David (Jessica) Sykes, Panama City, FL, and many beloved nieces and nephews
Rusty will be remembered for his devotion to family, his steadfast faith, and his enduring pride in his military service. His legacy of strength and love will continue to inspire all who knew him.
