Steven Leon Holliday, 60, of Dozier, AL, departed this life Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Andalusia Health in Andalusia, Alabama. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the New Brockton Methodist Church (now Cornerstone), 118 N Dawkins Street, New Brockton, Alabama. A luncheon from the church will follow in the Fellowship Hall. Ken English will be officiating.

Survivors include: Wife – Angelia Holliday, Dozier, AL; Mother – Sallie Faye Holliday, Elba, AL; Children Kayla Holliday, (Kat), St. Paul, MN; Sarah Holliday, Dozier, AL; Sister Julie LaRue (Wayne), Conway, AR.

Mr. Holliday was preceded in death by his father, Henry Leon Holliday.

Steve was a hardworking, family loving man. A man of few words. His wife and children, along with his Mama, were his world. There was nothing he wouldn't do for them. He was a good man with a heart of gold and would help anyone out.

His support and love for his family was unconditional. During his father's illness and death, he took care of his Daddy and his Mama, and their home and property. He was a good son to his mother after his father's passing, being the rock she leaned on. He loved her deeply, and she him.

He was dedicated to the love of his life, Angelia. He was always by her side, supporting her in every endeavor. The love between them, endless.
